Register for free, get approved and view what’s on offer

After login, you can view the offers, place bids and make a deal. After that you will pay for the products and arrange transport with the seller.

The platform is open for a wide range of surplus food and beverage products, along with non-food items like personal care and household goods. We do not sell fresh or frozen food.

In each listing on Stockable, detailed product information is provided to ensure buyers have all the necessary details to make an informed decision. This includes:

  • Product Name: A clear and concise name of the product.
  • Logistical Information: Details about the product’s size, weight, packaging, and any specific shipping or handling requirements.
  • Product Image(s): High-quality image showcasing the product
  • Commercial Texts: Descriptive texts about the product, including key features, benefits, and potential uses.
  • Best Before Dates: Clearly stated expiry or best before dates to assess product freshness and shelf life.
  • Available Quantities: Information on the quantity of the product available for purchase, often listed in units, cases, or pallets.
  • Additional Details: Any other relevant information, such as ingredients, nutritional values, or special handling instructions, if applicable.

Yes, buyers have the capability to post requests on the platform, inviting sellers to submit offers based on these specific needs

 

Stockable offers two distinct sales formats:

  1. Regular Sales, where sellers set a fixed selling price, with the offer remaining valid until removed.
  2. Auctions, allowing sellers to list products for bidding, with the item going to the highest offer.”

In auctions, you can place bids on the stocks that interest you. For regular sales with a set price, you have the option to directly message the seller with your proposed offer.

Sellers have the option to specify a minimum order quantity or amount for each deal or rest stock. If you wish to combine various offerings from a single seller, you can conveniently contact them through the platform to negotiate your combined offer.

Products on Stockable are offered at discounted prices primarily because they are surplus or obsolete stocks. Despite their lower cost, the quality of these products remains exceptionally high. The surplus often results from various factors, such as seasonal variations, label changes, cancelled promotions, or products nearing their best-before dates. These circumstances enable us to provide high-quality products at significantly reduced prices.

Sellers specify in their listings whether the items require pick-up or will be delivered. Buyers have the flexibility to discuss alternative delivery methods directly with the seller if preferred.

Stockable operates without owning warehouses or transportation facilities, as adding these elements would not align with our sustainability goals of minimizing additional logistics and resource use in the existing supply chain.”

The usual practice is for sellers to deliver rest stocks to your central warehouse. However, if you require an alternative arrangement, we encourage you to directly communicate with the seller to explore possible solutions.

Stockable directly facilitates the transfer of stock from manufacturers without holding any inventory ourselves. Due to this model, combining multiple orders into a single delivery is not feasible.

Payment for your deals go through te platform. Stockable makes sure the payment is secured through external partners.

Registration and bidding on the platform are free of charge. A commission is applied only when a transaction is successfully completed, and this fee is shared between the buyer and seller. Please reach out for more details.

On Stockable, we offer two main payment terms for purchases:

  1. Immediate Payment: This is the default method. Buyers are required to pay for their purchases upfront, immediately after the deal is confirmed.
  2. Net Terms:  For established buyers and aligned with sellers, we provide net payment terms, allowing payment to be made within a specified number of days after the delivery of the goods.

At Stockable, the payment process is managed in collaboration with trusted third-party payment providers. This partnership ensures a smooth and secure transaction experience for all our users.

The prices are exclusive of VAT but inclusive of excise duties and other applicable taxes.
